Project description

The project is part of the Southern Ocean Studies for Understanding Global-CLIMATE Issues (SOS-CLIMATE). It is also contributing to the Synoptic Antarctic Shelf-Slope Interactions (SASSI) study. The project focuses on understanding the oceanography of the Southern Ocean (SO); the role played by the SO in the global carbon cycle; and important connections between the world’s oceans.
