Project description

MABIREH. Study of the Separation between Antarctica and South America (SEASOAM). Cooperative interdisciplinary project to study the geological and biological implications of this separation between Antarctica and South America, focusing on the sediment microfossils, geophysics, changes in biodiversity and gene flow. The project will also be focusing on benthos, nekton, oceanography and paeleogeography.
